The Director, Enterprise Registration has responsibility for the direction and operation of all Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Froedtert Hospital registration functions (including Pre-arrival, Insurance verification, Inpatient admission and Patient Placement, ED registration, Pre-authorization, Quality Assurance and Training functions) for Froedtert Hospital, all Froedtert and MCW clinics including all ancillary and off-site locations. Having a matrix reporting relationship between the Executive Director for Clinical Practice Services for MCW and with the Assistant Vice President, Revenue Cycle for Froedtert Health – the Director, Enterprise Registration will transition the organization to an enterprise registration organizational structure to ensure revenue cycle and service targets are continuously met for both Froedtert Hospital and MCW.

Experience:
Requires a minimum 10 years of progressive Registration, Admissions, Professional and Hospital Revenue Cycle experience. Academic Medical Center experience is a plus. Experience working in an Epic environment preferred.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.

Special Skills:
Knowledge of all aspects of Registration and scheduling functions and systems working with Physician as well as hospital leadership. Demonstrated ability to redesign departments/functions with optimizing results. Director must possess excellent leadership skills including: coach mentoring skills, providing employees authority and accountability to reach full potential, recommending and implementing enhancements to registration which improve revenue cycle and building a committed team.
