Fort HealthCare has a full-time M-F, 7am - 4:30pm opportunity available in the Registration department.  The Registration Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of work for the Registration and Switchboard department. Is responsible for assisting the patient and family members in meeting their demographic, insurance & appointment obligations to the hospital/clinics. Serves as a resource for the Office Assistants, Registration Specialists, Switchboard Operator and other hospital/clinic staff.

Requirements
Experience in a supervisory role, which includes 2 years prior experience in registration.
Associates Degree or High school graduate or equivalent education and supervisor experience.

The Inpatient Admitting Manager is responsible for the management of Inpatient Admitting staff, integrated workflows, process improvement and technical optimization for inpatient admitting functions under the direction of the Director of Admitting.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Health Care Administration, or related field preferred. Requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will have knowledge of typical workflow and day-to-day activities of an Admitting/Registration Department, as normally acquired through at least 3 years of experience in a hospital setting. Excellent computer, interpersonal, analytical and organization skills also required.
